I want to import some already exported Oracle tables but with some coloumn & rows changes.. how can i do that?? there are many tables with alot of rows.

Have a look at the options available for using the imp command.

You can import only what is exported and in the crash dump file. You can't make any modifications to that. To make any changes you must import that tables first and then modify.
