i have a query related with PL/SQL
i wanna creat procedure which will update two table at the same time
and how i will call it in java.

You can go ahead and create a procedure which will do an update?
Can I see what you have tried so far?
Regarding connecting to oracle from java, you need to make use of jdbc odbc driver whcih you can download for free from web.
