Oracle 9i forms developer

While running a form in Oracle 9i forms developer i am getting this error

"The HTTP listener is not running on computer name at port 8888. Please start the listener or check your runtime preferences"


What is the solution for this. Pls

Are you getting this error when executing any particular fmx or all the fmx files??
