Converting ip address in decimal to dot notation

Hi,

Any idea how do i convert ip address stored in the oracle database in decimal format to dot notation?

Eg 173672972 (decimal) to 10.90.10.12

Please advise. Thanks

The datatype is numeric(22)

The data is written to the oracle database by the product that i am using.
