is it possible the import the date data from *.csv file in to a oracel table

as i have a csv file in this one field is having date data but when i am using sql loader to load the data in table i am getting a error massage , can anybody suggest me how i will load the data .

please specify the exact error message that you are geting during load.

Hi matal,
Please mention date method... default is 'DD-MM-YYYY' but your data may be 'mm/dd/yyyy HH24:MI:SS'. so that only you get a error
..

Please corrrect it and reply
