how to select Row from the table

Hi friends,

Please help me

1) I had insert three rows in a table called EMP with feild name EMP_NAME as "AA","BB","CC" (Oracle)

in select query i am searching the name with "AA BB CC"
example : Select * from EMP where EMP_NAME like '%AA BB CC%'
but it return null. I need all the rows to be displayed....because AA,BB,CC is in the Feild Name.....how to do that..........
in SQL Soundex what abt in Oracle.......

Please tel me is there any way to do this.

Since these are three rows you need to test for each one seperately as
where EMP_NAME = "AA" or EMP_NAME = "BB" or EMP_NAME = "CC"

soundex is also there in Oracle but that is not the function what u are looking for.

use 3 separate like with OR operator.
