Report builder-Forms builder bugs?

Hello everyone, I am new to this forum so I'll give my greetings to everyone!

I am using oracle forms builder and reports builder for 1 year now and I have a problem I cannot seem to be able to solve!
I 've used report builder yesterday and worked fine, this morning when I tried to open an rdf using reports builder it would not open at all.
The same thing happened few days ago with forms builder.
Does anyone knows what's wrong???

ps. The reports builder itself starts as always but the problem appears when I try to open a report it does not respond at all!

Both the threads are merged for convenience.

I am not getting any error msg at all. The program just hangs endlessly. Nothing happens at all, in more detail:

I am selecting the button labeled "open an existing report" and the standard browser opens! When I select the specific rdf that I want to open it does not respond at all.

That might be because of some missing system files or some other problem.
