Hit Ratio of Database Buffer Cache

Hi,

Anyone please answer this question
Why 99%+ Database Buffer Cache hit ratio is not OK?

99% + DB hit ratio means you have a buffer cache that's way too large. Now when that means data is being picked up from the cache itself. As a result the CPU will waste more time for searching the relevant data in buffer cache itself.
Which may not be the most efficient way to fetch data.
