FRM-10142 HTTP listener is not running question

P: n/a
Full error message
FRM-10142 HTTP listener is not running on computer_name at port 8888.
Please start the listener or check your runtime preferences.
OS: WinXP
Oracle: 9i
Forms: 9i
Hi,

I wanted to run a form that was designed with Forms6i on Forms9i and I
got the above error.

Note Apache http server is on. Config params should be default.
I changed listener to listen to port 8888.

This open the broswer with this URL and a page can't be displayed
message

http://%%20"http://computer_name:8888/forms90/f90servlet?form=C:\Subjects\BD2\sql\20030621
\FORM1.fmx&userid=BD2/BD2@globaldb&buffer_records=NO&debug_messages=NO&a rray=YES&query_only=NO&quiet=NO&RENDER=YES"
I hope this info is enough to give me some ideas on what should I
focus or what to change.

TIA
