locking sga

hi,

when i started the database with lock_sga=true i got an error on
linux. Is there something I need to do on Linux at the OS level first
?. Any docs or tips would be appreciated.

Lock_sga is not implemented on all O/Ses. Generally speaking Oracle
advises against using it, unless directed by Support.
What makes you think you need it?
