I found the answer

Thanks Ana,
That table was just an example to show what I want,
I want one record whenever value of field 1 change
while I sorted records based on value of field 2,
I know it's not a regular SQL question, anyway I
could find a way with Select/Sub-Select and with
Lead and Over (they are analytical functions).
