Find Product Key

Hi All, For Oracle 9i or Oracle 10g...if someone needed to deinstall and reinstall..where would they find the "license Key"..i.e. if they didn't have the physical media (cd) to install from, could they find that key somewhere on the system?

In 10g u dont need lisence key to deinstall .
