Using Parametarized cursor in Execute Immediate

I want to pass paramete in from caluse in a parameterized cursor & use this in Execute Immediate. Is it possible?

execute immediate is for single row SQLs,if you want to use native dynamic SQL for multiple-row queries, then you have to open the cursor,fetch and close the cursor.
In dynamic SQL, the syntax for cursors is

OPEN {cursor_variable | :host_cursor_variable} FOR SQL_string
[USING bind_argument[, bind_argument]...];
