8i to 9i changes

Hi there,

We've been using 8i for a few years now, and we're looking at what 9i
has to offer. However I'm having a very hard time tracking down any
articles or blurbs which actually compare the two. Articles tend to be
very 9i,9i,9i from what I've seen. Can anyone point me at any articles
discussing the differences between the two and what new features there
are?

Ta,
Steve.
