Oracle 9i on Red Hat 9

P: n/a

I have installed Oracle 9i on Red Hat 9 and everything seemed to work
fine until I ran the following
$sqlplus /nolog<<!
connect /as sysdba
@?/rdbms/admin/catalog
@?/rdbms/admin/catproc

Now when I try to start the database, I am getting the following
message:
Database mounted
ORA - 00604 error occurred at recursive SQL level 1
ORA - 04045 error during recompilation/revalidation of XDB.DBMS_XDBZO
ORA - 06508: PL/SQL could not find program unit called
ORA - 06513 at line 2.

What should I do to solve this issue?

Thanks
