Hi Arun,
The main difference between a static and a dynamic cursor is that a static cursor is prepared at precompile time, and a dynamic cursor is prepared at run time.
i.e; the static cursor will be declared using a static statement whose result we can know before hand.
In dymanic cursors a statement whose value can only be know at runtime is used.

PL/SQL table is a collection basically. It contains only one column and one index which points to that value.
It is like an array.

PROCEDURE sample (name IN VARCHAR2, row in INTEGER)
IS
TYPE plsql_table IS
TABLE OF VARCHAR2(30) INDEXED BY BINARY_INTEGER;
names_table plsql_table;
BEGIN
names_table (row) := name;
END;

Hope this was useful.
