query output in CSV

I have nearly 100 tables that I want to export to CSV format file. I donot know the number of columns in a table. But I want the columns to be comma separated and saved in a text file. For eg:

EMP_ID NAME PHONE..............
111 Aseem 513541545
112 Kevin 666262146
113 Gaurav 132165656
...............
...............
..............

The output of above should be a text file like:
111,Aseem,513541545...............
112,Kevin,666262146...............
113,Gaurav,132165656..............

Please help...
