error in oracle: maximum number of processes () exceeded

hi,
i get this error sometimes. Im using jsp, as soon as i create a certain number of inputs, i get this error and everything stops working.
java.sql.SQLException: [Microsoft][ODBC driver for Oracle][Oracle]ORA-00020: maximum number of processes () exceeded

what do i do?
