host name and password for oracle

can any body tell me password and host name for oracle 9i.
i have tried
system manager
scott tiger
demo demo


but these are not working

Try as sysdba to connect as a sys user.

see during oracle installation it asks u to install database then if u've said no then this problem arrives to try to reinstall with database if solved then ok else give me the error
