comparing 2 tables

Just wondering if I have 2 tables and i am comparing against each other , one table baseline has one record and weekly table has like 10 diff records and i want to insert records which are new in the table weekly report comparission should also have start and sysdate ( actually i want to find in a company how many employee come and go in collection , its aweekly report which i have to run) Can somebody help me plzz
Select a.Ban,a.FIRST_NM
From CREDIT_SRVCS_TABLES.Baseline a
INNER Join CREDIT_SRVCS_TABLES.Weekly b
On a.BAN=b.BAN
Where b.Sys_dt-a.strt_dt =7

I'm trying to figure out a way to compare two tables, table one has more
entries than table two, I want SQL in teradata to compare tables and insert records which are new in table 2
Insert into CS.Baseline
values(
Select *
From CS.Baseline a
LEFT OUTER JOIN CS.Weekly b
On a.BAN=b.BAN
Where b.BAN is NULL)

Thanks any help will give a start point to me
