Oracle update statement help

I need to create a update statement with the ":" character in it. but I'm having trouble. My update statement is:

update ORDR set ORDR.TRANS_ID ='115::Y:' Where ORDR.ORDR_NUM = '12345';

Can someone tell my how to write this properly? Thanks!!
