How to export and import oracle DB using toad?

1
Hi,

I am new to Oracle administration and hope someone can help me out on this as i am struggling to make it work....

I am doing development work using oracle database on my own development pc.. the oracle database is installed locally on my pc... how should i port the whole database (including tables, pl sql, triggers, indexes, etc) to another server after all development/testing is completed?

I have tried using toad function (DBA -> Data Import/Export -> Data Pump Export Wizard) to export the whole database and then used (DBA -> Data Import/Export -> Data Pump Import Wizard) to import to another database. The export works with the dmp file created (no errors). However, the import log shows a whole long list of errors about "object type already exists..." and unique constrait (PK) violated etc...

I have chosen the settings where if table exists to replace.. is there something that i have done wrongly or are there easier steps to that? Seems that those tables with errors are mostly system tables (eg MGMT$CSA_HOST_NICS, DBA_OLAP_FUNCTIONS, etc)

Would greatly appreciate if some one can advise me.. .thanks lots :)
