Identifying Value Sets Against A Specific Table

1
Is there any method by which we can identify which Oracle Value Set(s) is using a specific table?

To Give you an overview of the issue, I have to register and run a report. Data is not being populated when I run the report in my new environment. Although all the codes and tables are the same as the old environment and have been defined in the same but still I am not able to retreive Data.

Please Advise.
