TNSListner Troubleshooting

When I install oracle9i on windows2000 then after installing
TNSListner service is working properely.
But next day it is notAfter new installation of OS and all the soft wares at that time all the services
Work properly. But next day Listener is not working.

After staring OS the message is………………..
TNSListner.exe has generated errors and will be closed by windows.
You will need to restart the program.
An event log is being created.

After starting manually message is………………….
Could not start the OracleOraHome90TNSListner service on local computer
Error 1067
The process terminated unexpectedly
