Oracle 10g installation problem on SuSE 9.0 linux

Dear all

I tried to install Oracle database 10g on SuSE 9.0 linux
by using ./runInstaller
The temporary folder created in the /tmp folder by oracle installer in linux quiting with error that "folder is write protected"
The installation has been tried from user account

Somebody please tell the solution.
