Exception in DB2 sql stored procedures.

Hi guys I want to raise an exception in DB2 sql stored procedure.
Logic is, if i get even a single row in selecft query then i have to raise an exception which will return pointer to the while loop and start next cycle of while loop. How can i raise an exception?
