comp.database.ibm-db2 and comp.databases.oracle

Hello there,

I am working with Co-operative Bank.
We are planning for Core banking, need to fix Database.
For that,we want to know security provided by DB2 and Oracle both.
Also some points diffrenciating Db2 and Oracle.
