4 New Member
i have exported a xy.dmp file from a database . when i am importing it to my
data base it is giving a error

1.open dos prompt
2.specify the following command ..
imp user/pwd file=a.dmp

then it is giving the following problem.

Export file created by EXPORT:V09.02.0 0 via conventional path
IMP-00013: only a DBA can import a file exported by another DBA
IMP-00000: Import terminated unsuccessfully

how can i give Dba privileges to a user ?

that is because the account through which the file was exported was a DBA account not a normal user.

try to import from SYS or SYSTEM or anyother DBA account to the particular user schema.

Hi everyone, When importing a bunch of data (> 85000 rows) I get an error I can't explain. The table into which I'm importing has a unique clause on (code, bedrijf). The rows in the source-table are unique in this aspect, yet when I do the import I get this "ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "werknemer_bedrijf_key". I checked the sourcetable a number of times, even COPYd the relevant columns to a textfile and did `uniq...

Hello, I am sending two emails from the same procedure, one to myself (while testing) and another (a comfirmation) to the user on the website. I was having difficulty finding a relay server to SMTP though, but was able to do this though one of my personal account, Cabbage.Org. It doesn't make any sense to me why this works and no other account, including localhost and the remote server which hosts the website. Here is a code snippet...

The records , in the text file, have a size bigger then 8060. So we wont be able to...

I have a fairly simple structure: - Simple Types in an XSD - Complex Types (one file) in another XSD, importing the Simple Types - More Complex Types (second file) in another XSD, again importing the Simple Types - A WSDL Definitions file, importing the two Complex Types files - A WSDL Service file, importing the WSDL Definitions file I have put all that together with XML Spy and that seems happy. I can also

Dear all, I'm developing a servlet to handle file upload requests. Despite importing all required classes in the build path, I still receive the 'classNotFoundException' for FileItemFactory. I have also included the file-upload library in the build path of my project. Does anyone know why this is happening? As you can see below I've done a lot of redundant importing as well hoping it would solve the problem but it hasn't. I've been trying to...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
