Programming a ISR 1100

Hey,
need some help to program a cisco ISR 1100 router.
I want to place it behind my ISP modem to control my network. It has dual WAN capabilities so I also want to use the second WAN
with a static IP from my ISP to allow remote access from out side to certain servers within my network so the vendor can update the software on these servers.

I have some ideas BUT would really appreciate some guidance..

I don't know if it's possible to get two lines from the same ISP with one being a dedicated IP. It might be possible if you are at a commercial location.

Cisco's handle dual wan relatively easily.
