Connecting Xbox wifi to a UK VPN

Situation: I'm physically living in Russia, with a Russian internet service provider. Most internet content defaults to foreign language (Russian).

I have a UK VPN (to access English content).

Problem: I want to connect to the UK VPN on my laptop, and then transmit a wifi signal (UK connection) which I can connect to on other devices such as XBox. I've managed to create a hotspot from the laptop using a program called 'connectify', but it transmits (i.e. it shares) the Russian internet connection, instead of the UK one.

Is there a hardware solution available? Like a usb dongle that can 'transmit' the UK VPN connection?
