What OS are you using? What backup software are you using? How often do you want to take the backups (daily, weekly, etc...)? How many backups are you going to keep (just one? A week's worth)?

Are you looking for a free backup utility, or just something like BackupExec?

So you're going to have to have a server for hosting the backup software that will manage and store all the backups, storage space for the backup images, and then a software agent that talks to the server to create/upload/restore the backups.

The most popular one I've heard of is BackupExec, though I've also used Autonomy(HP's) PC Backup Agent - but haven't managed the second so don't know what type of infrastructure is needed.

Some free options would be at Sourceforge.net or Freshmeat.net and searching 'backup' however those would be free - no support, etc... so I'd make sure you had someone very comfortable with reading the documentation for the program and troubleshooting it.
