How to boost speed of shared connection

Hi........................
I am using the shared DSL b/w more than two hundred people. The main internet speed is about 11MB which is being shared equally to these through router. Is there any software or way I can use to incline the most of the internet speed to my system for fast browsing.

I would suggest contacting your ISP for usage statistics, or looking into your account details.

With that many people, you could be using all the bandwidth available to that connection type, and that your best option would be to upgrade your internet connection.
