When I open the server it shows a duplicate name exists on the network

When I open the server it shows a duplicate name exists on the network. It affects the workstation also. I also check in all pc no duplicate name exits. Please give me a solution what is the exact problem

Open a command-line interface and (with the other host NOT on the network) try to ping your hostname (ping <hostname>). That will return the IP address. Log into that box with the administrator credentials and find out what the device is.
