Broken Multilink?

233 100+
We have bounded T1's coming in from out data provider, each T1 going into a separate WIC on our router. Our provider had widespread issues at the end of last week/beginning of this week which we were subject to. Now as it stands, I can have one T1 plugged in, does not matter which, and we have connectivity. If I plug both in, we have no service. The only thing that I can think that would cause this is that our multilink is broken. Does this sound correct?

I am going to assume it is. I am also going to assume our ISP is in the habit of employing idiots.

I received a call from our provider inquiring about the open ticket. He stated that there was "bad code" on the upgraded router, and that upon applying a patch, the multilinks were properly functioning.
