idel time from server

hi,

i am developing a project in that i want to get user's logon and log off details who are connected to server . but my requirement is to calculate the user idle time from server who are connected and my server is windows 2003 user's are connected in LAN connection.give me suggestion where the system idle time is stored in numbers.And i want to store it in sql server 2000. i don't want any S/W for it it should calculate automatically.please help me its in high priority....
