Mohammad-

Hmm, not really sure what you are asking here - do you have a domain name that you would like to tie to your Win 2k3 server? Or do you have an AD install that you want to give a specific domain name to?

If you are setting up a web server, you need to lock down the server, install, configure and lock down IIS, and then you can host your content.

If you are setting up a domain, you should look for an Active Directory installation guide that you can follow to get your domain configured, and then you can join PC's to your domain. (You should also lock down the server in that case as well.)

Of course, if you have questions, you can post them here.

This is the first step if you are attempting to create your own internal domain. I would recommend looking up an install tutorial due to the other options you will be prompted for - you want to know what the values you enter in are doing to your domain. I'd also recommend then hardening the domain controller, as well as the server.

Due to the large number of people posting the exact same thing ("You have to install AD by running 'dcpromo'!"), and not adding any type of new information or links, I am closing this thread.
