Need advice for remote HelpDesk

Hi.
We are looking for a solution to get a remote access to a customer's computer. Typical network configuration is that both supporter and the client are behind NAT. The solutions like Remote Desktop are not acceptable, since the customer's router should be configured for port forwarding.
So what we are looking for is something really simple (for the client) with one-click activation and no setup.

I made some checking on TeamViewer - it looked promising: no installation required, works transparent for routers, simple interface.
But some major drawbacks: long connection setup time, and I couldn't connect to Vista from W2K.
Still looking for advice.
