Cannot reach printer after RAM upgrade.

Have just upgrade my computer memory, i am using netgear DG 834 to
network, since upgrade my wifes computer will not reconize the shared
printer, it coming up with print spooler service is not running, and also
spool// system32.
i am using windows XP, with printer HP5100.
can anyone help?

As it is a shared printer, I'm guessing it has an IP - can you ping it? (Or is it connected via parallel port to one of the computers?)

Problem is on your wife's pc, her servies for printing are not starting up properly. "rint spooler service is not running, and also
spool// system32." so what you need to do is fix that first and dont worry about the printer or the ram.
