Hi
I am a .NET Programmer I want to know
How to find DynamicID
Scenario :

Server Side:

Wants to find client’s
Dynamic ID
For Transfer Files
Before that want to
Send Message to Client

Client side:
Wants to show server’s
message in Messenger
and wants to down
load the files send by server
And wants to reply through messenger

Constrains:
both side using
Desk Top Application

Friends do you have any idea about the
Concepts need to apply

What do you mean by dynamic id? Will the IP address not work? If not, why not create a unique id that the server will assign the client?
