How to assian Lan card dhcp & Public ip

I have two lan card in my server.i asigned public ip in 1st lancard. 2nd lancard asign to dhcp.the gateways were different in both lancards. when i enable 2nd lancard after disable. 2nd card gateway automatically asigns to the 1st lancard. how i have to maintain the same gateways which i had assigned earlier even when i disabled and enable the 2nd lancard.

did you configure the public ip manually, or was it automatically assigned to you?

The second card try to put the static info in there and then change back to DHCP.

do ipconfig /all it shoudl let you know where the dhcp servers are and you will know if those are the correct servers the address is coming from or not.

I would start here in my opinion.
