IIS behind a router

I have been trying to solve this problem for months, I have read just about every post on every forum but cannot solve the problem. I hope someone may be able to point me in the right direction.

I have 2 pc's networked, one runs Vista home premium the other XP Pro sp2 (a drama in itself)
the pc's connect to a Netgear MR814 router which in turn connects to a Speedstream 4200 DSL router

I have the XP (static IP 192.168.0.3) running a IIS server with IP 192.168.0.3
The Vista pc gets its IP dynamicly

I have a WAN static IP of 60.xxx.xxx.xxx, I have a registered Domain and Zoneedit is my DNS server

The MR814 has a (static)IP of 192.168.0.51 on the pc side and (dynamic but never changes)10.0.0.1 on the Speedstream side. port 80 is forwarded to 192.168.0.3 from the MR814

The Speedstream has a LAN (static)ip 10.0.0.138 and a WAN (static)ip 60.xxx.xxx.xxx, it forwards port 80 to 10.0.0.1

The problem is when I enter the domain name into the Vista browser I get the Speedstreams router home page, if I enter 60.xxx.xxx.xxx into the browser I get the same, if I enter 192.168.0.3 I get IIS home page (good)

Can anyone suggest where I'm going wrong?

Thanks in advance

Try also adding a static IP for the Vista machine, it's on the same Network, right!

sounds like a dns error to me. check that the slipstream and netgear routers both have the same dns entries. im assuming (wrongfully ass u me) that the slipstream router is the outside router? try dokolls idea of setting a static ip for the vista machine. try nslookup <domainname> from the vista machine, if the dns is configured correctly, it should find the 192.168.0.3 address. if it doesnt let us know what it says. also, in IIS you may need to change the <unassigned> entry to the ip address of the xp machine. let us know how you get on.
