Re enter settings

Hi,
My query my system is under domain when first login in that system i have to set some properties for internet explorer to access internet. again in same system another domain user came and login again he has to set the properties for internet explorer to access the internet. Can't we provide one time setting of properties for internet explorer to access internet for each user.

the is a group policy which you can create, which automatically enters proxy details, and you can set this up for specific times of the day. setup a user group, and stick the domain accounts in there!

Thank you Rave Booter for your reply, one more small doubt is where i have to set the group policy settings bcz users are created under server there i have to set the proxy settings, these settings are applicable for all clinets systems in a network.

you will need to set up a group on the isa server which allows the users to connect through the proxy to the outside world. then you will have to setup a coresponding group in your active directory which links back to the group you have created on your ISA server. if like you said, all the clients require internet access, assuming your have a main domain group policy (more than likely) you can create the settings in there to point towards the group you created on the isa server. good luck, its actually relatively simple to do! ensure only port 80 (http) and 443 (https) are allowed for the users, otherwise, as users do, they will just play :)
