Packet Sending Problem

158 100+
Ok in my attempt to create a program to communicate with an ArtNet Node witch talks through UDP packets. I was stream packets and i accidentally set the loop for an infinite amount. I can not stop the packets from coming, when i look at my packet scanner they just keep coming in. I disabled my network card, i tried unplugging the node, but every time i plug it back in or re enable it they keep coming in again. How do i stop it.
