I am also loooking for what I need for implementation of CiscoWorks LMS 2.6. Is there a preffered way?

Should/Can the Databases be set up on an Database server such as SQL?

I have a question.

I only want monitoring my network, I just want watch which device is up or down and the Ciscoworks send me this message.

The CW send me message, but it send me information that I don t need.
The CW send me 3 or 4 messages when device is up or down and i dont want that, I want CW send me 1 messages tell me,
-device´s name
-device´s ip
-device´s state


What can i do to that CW send me only:
-device´s name
-device´s ip
-device´s state
