Exchange Server time out policy for web based interface

Hello everybody,

I am looking for the time out policy in exchange server 2003 sp1 when it comes to the web based login as in https://server/exchange/

I want to extend the time of inactive lock out to about 20 minutes instead of the 5 it gives, and I possible I want to apply this to a specific user.

Any thoughts or ideas on this would be much appreciated.
