May I suggest
Your Default Gateway and DHCP server should be your router (192.168.0.1)
Your DNS and WINS Server should be your server (192.168.0.100)
The DNS addresses 212.158.192.3
212.158.192.2 should not be showing up, in other words take them out of the router configuration, the only DNS address on the router should be 192.168.0.100
The 212.158.192.3
212.158.192.2 should be configured on the server side only as forward.
Let me know if you need help on setting this up. This is the way I have my $4000 Sonicwall Configured =) and it works flawless on the network.
Now I assume you have a static IP address from your ISP for this to work.
