aps.net core passing session variables to sql server scheduled job

I'm creating small asp.net core game

and i store user data into session variables like

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. HttpContext.Session.SetInt32("UserId", userid);
  2.
  3. HttpContext.Session.SetString("UserName", username.ToString());
I want to send this data to sql server scheduled job and save them every 15 minutes

how to do that ?

Thanks.
