Object reference not found error by PeekMessage

hi,

we have a managed code

if (!PeekMessage(ref msg, new HandleRef(null, this.m_hWnd), 0, 0, 0))
{
WaitMessage();
break;
}
I am getting Object reference not found error.

What is the exact error message? Which object has a reference that can't be found?

May be some variable value is going null.
please debug the code.
