datagridview checkbox to column header

I am using visual Basic 2010.I have imported an excel sheet to my datagridview. I need to add checkbox to all the column header or add a checkbox row at the top so that I can insert data of checked column to my database. Please someone help me to solve my problem. I am using vb.net.

It can't be add as a header row but can be add as a conventional or .habitual way. Could you pls get your code here so that we can abet you more.
