A potentially dangerous Request.Form value was detected from the client -- Issue- in

P: 1
Its a text box where I have set the value like
using htmldecode() but when i change value and submit ie any event fires I get above exception.
I know solution could be setting pagedirective validateRequest="false" but i don't have a aspx page, I am creating a webpart and dynamically it will be rendered on my page.
Can you suggest to switch off validationRequest from code behind, I did not get this property.:(
